I didn?t get other estimates so I may just be penny-pinching and his rates may be very reasonable for the services provided (dryer vent cleaning, fireplace vent cleaning, and gutter cleaning) but I was a little surprised at how much the dryer vents and the gas-insert fireplace vents cost to have cleaned. on the other hand, the gutters getting cleaned by someone other than me was worth every penny!!! I also like that I now know a general handyman that I can call for other jobs around the house that are too big for me to do on my own. Overall I do recommend this pro!
